Process for First-Timers and Nervous Dogs
For first-time grooming or nervous dogs, we often start with shorter introductory sessions…
These sessions focus on getting your dog comfortable with the grooming environment, the sounds of the clippers and dryers, and being handled. We might simply introduce them to the table, offer treats, and practice gentle brushing. This gradual introduction helps build positive associations and reduces anxiety for future appointments.

Full Groom Experience
Our full groom includes a double shampoo bath and blow dry, nail clipping, a thorough de-shed (for smooth & double coated Breeds), ear cleanse, coat styling of your choice (using clippers & scissoring), and a cologne spritz….
Even during these standard services, our focus remains on gentleness and patience. We use high-quality, dog-friendly products and employ techniques that minimise stress and maximise comfort.
